Rachel Malone (Fairport, NY/Fairport) has been honored by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) as a Scholar All-American for the third year in a row as the association announced its annual scholar athlete and scholar All-American awards Tuesday.
