Junior Samuel Taft (Schenectady, NY/ Schenectady Christian) started off the 2014 outdoor track and field season with two first place finishes, leading The College at Brockport men's track and field team to a first place overall finish at the University of Rochester Invitational to open the season on Sunday. Marcy Merritt (Sherwood, WI/Kaukauna) took first in the pole vault and helped lead the women's team to a third place overall finish.
